Chef Haru Inukai and Shimon Hanakura along with the team at Blancharu, would like to invite you to a unique culinary event featuring Japanese cuisine and high grade sake from Japan. Having worked alongside world-renowned chefs Tony Bilson and Joel Robuchon, the hot and cold six-course degustation crafted by Chef Haru and Shimon, will be complemented by very high quality traditional Japanese sake. Noted for its smooth texture and fruity flavour, this sake is perfect for matching with seafood and traditional Japanese food. Sakae Takahashi from sakenet will be there to talk about his sakes and to answer any questions.

Menu is 6 course, matching with 5 sake. Menu is more Japanese style, and I'm using high grade sake from Japan.
I'm hoping for 45 people.
During this event, Blancharu would like to show you Junmai Daiginjo a very high quality, traditional Japanese sake which has a very smooth texture and fruity flavour, perfect for matching with seafood and traditional Japanese food.
